Food grade hexahydrate flake magnesium chloride: Complies with food additive standards with strict control over harmful impurities such as heavy metals and arsenic, pure white without discoloration, exclusively for food processing; 

Industrial grade hexahydrate flake magnesium chloride: Available in white, yellow and coffee brown with loose impurity limits, only used in magnesite building materials, dust suppression, water treatment and other industrial fields, forbidden for food contact.

Food grade hexahydrate flake: 46% content with crystal water, mild heat release and lower price, suitable for regular tofu and jellyfish processing; 

Food grade anhydrous magnesium chloride: Higher purity without crystal water, ultra-strong hygroscopicity with higher cost, mostly used for high-concentration food liquid preparation and food desiccants.

1.Packed in woven bags lined with food-grade composite inner film, stored in independent dry warehouse specially for food raw materials;

2.Strictly prohibit mixed storage with industrial chemicals, odorous and toxic materials to avoid cross-contamination;

3.Hygroscopic, seal the bag tightly after opening and consume within short term to prevent deterioration by moisture absorption.
